One clear price.
A scope you understand.
Choose a valuation report or an appraisal-clause assignment. Review the full fee and payment schedule before work begins.
Choose the appraisal service that fits your claim.
Know the full appraisal fee before work begins. We do not charge a percentage of your vehicle-value increase.
A real appraiser behind every appraisal.
Our senior appraiser, with more than 40 years of vehicle-appraisal experience, directly oversees every assignment. Other reviewing appraisers have at least 10 years of appraisal experience.
We use AI to assist our research and workflow. The finished appraisal is not a wholly AI-generated estimate. An experienced appraiser reviews the evidence and valuation conclusions.
Confirm eligibility and the written scope before work begins. Any separate umpire expense will be explained before commitment. No value increase or insurer reimbursement is guaranteed. Oregon reimbursement rules for qualifying own-policy appraisals do not automatically apply to third-party report-only claims.
One appraisal fee.
Two payments for full service.
- Confirm the assignment: review the written scope, eligibility, cancellation terms and any separate umpire expense.
- Pay $250 to begin: this is credited toward the $650 appraisal-clause fee, not an additional charge.
- Pay $400 at completion: the final appraisal decision documents completion. The agreement sets the deadline and what happens if the assignment ends early.
The report-only service is a separate $299 product. It does not automatically appoint us under your policy’s appraisal clause. Confirm the appropriate service before ordering.
No payment is collected on this page. See contact and intake availability.
What about Oregon reimbursement?
For qualifying disputes under your own policy’s appraisal provision, Oregon law requires reimbursement of reasonable appraisal costs when the final decision exceeds the insurer’s last offer before the costs were incurred. Reimbursement is not guaranteed for every assignment, fee or service.
Keep your agreement, invoice, receipts, the relevant offer and the final appraisal decision. A third-party report-only assignment does not automatically carry the same reimbursement right.
Before you choose
Does the fee increase with the result?
No. These are fixed appraisal fees. We do not take a percentage of the vehicle-value increase.
Is an umpire’s bill included?
A separate umpire expense is not included. Confirm the policy requirements and any separate costs before proceeding.
Must the insurer reimburse me before I pay the balance?
No. The balance is owed according to the engagement agreement. The insurer’s reimbursement decision is separate from that obligation.
Is there a minimum-increase guarantee?
We do not promise a minimum increase. Our work is directed toward a supported value. Review the scope and cancellation terms before engaging us.
